LIGHTWELL HOTEL & SPA
The historic Waucoma Hotel, a landmark destination in downtown Hood River, underwent a major refurbishment that pays homage to its original 1904 grandeur. As part of this exciting project, set to open in the summer of 2025, we were commissioned to recreate the iconic roof deck trellis structure. This intricate trellis work, a signature element of the original hotel design, will once again grace the rooftop, providing a shaded and elegant outdoor space for guests to relax and enjoy stunning views. Our team of skilled craftsmen meticulously designed and constructed the trellis, using high-quality materials and traditional techniques to ensure a faithful recreation of the original structure. We are honored to have played a role in the restoration of this beloved Hood River landmark, and we believe that the new trellis will be a highlight of the revitalized Lightwell and Spa.
